The transformation of an empty parking lot began when First Niagara Bank moved its corporate headquarters to the historic Larkin District in 2009, allowing the bank to be closer to many of its commercial clients and leading professional service firms in Buffalo. Most importantly, it demonstrated the bank’s commitment to the city. It was the first of many initiatives to revitalize and promote the rebirth of Larkinville.
The Larkin District has become a catalyst for Buffalo’s growth and redevelopment – and KeyBank is proud to name the area as its Northeast Regional Headquarters.
