We write a lot about the Food Trucks on Winging It! Buffalo Style Yesterday the show turned the food focus to our own Chef Stefan from the Larkin Square Filling Station Restaurant. The Filling Station is open from 11am – 3pm for dine in or take out lunch service Monday-Friday. Chef Stefan also oversees the food at private events in the Filling Station on week nights and weekends.
Each week features freshly prepared soups, salads, sandwiches, pizzas. The soups, a pizza and taco selection change each week. The current week’s menu is posted on the Larkinsquare.com website. Click here to view a video of Chef Stefan making his pizza of the week on Winging It! Buffalo
