Hello to the attendees of this year’s Beatles Rooftop show! Here are some important notes about Wednesday’s show.
-A venue map is included below.
-The show starts at 6pm, with doors opening at 5pm.
-The main bars will be the truck in Larkin Square, and the bars of Hydraulic Hearth. Both will accept CC and cash, but we will have a cash only line in Larkin for expedited service.
-No food or drink will be permitted into the venue. But, given the hot forecast, we will allow clear water bottled with clear liquids, i.e. water only.
-Anyone 2 years and older will need a ticket for entry.
-No re-entry
-Food trucks will be near the pickleball area of Larkin Square. Hydraulic Hearth will be bar only, no food.
-You may bring your own lawn chair, but we will be checking lawn chair bags for hidden beverages.
-There are designated walk-ways through the venue, and we ask that everyone keep these areas clear of sitting or standing.
-We will be offering free parking on our Exchange street surface lots and the lot off Seneca Street at Hydrualic Street.
-If you have a VIP ticket, make sure to hold onto it and present it at the VIP area (Bratt’s Hill Restaurant).
-We recommend downloading or printing your tickets ahead of time.
-The forecast looks great, but if that changes and we have to move to our 9/9 rain date, we will reach out.
