Hello to the attendees of this year’s Beatles Rooftop show! Here are some important notes about Wednesday’s show:
-The show starts at 6pm, with doors opening at 5pm.
-The main Larkin Bar will be CASH ONLY with CC and cash accepted at Hydraulic Hearth
-No food or drink will be permitted into the venue
-Anyone 2 years and older will need a ticket for entry.
-No re-entry
-Food will be food trucks near the pickleball area of Larkin Square. Hydraulic Hearth will be bar only.
-You may bring your own lawn chair, but we will be checking lawn chair bags for hidden beverages.
-We will be offering $5 parking in our parking ramp, enter off of Van Rensselear Street + free parking on Exchange street surface lots.
-If you have a VIP ticket, make sure to hold onto it and present it at the VIP area (Bratt’s Hill Restaurant).
-We recommend downloading or printing your tickets ahead of time.
-The forecast looks great, but if that changes and we have to move to our 8/15 rain date, we will reach out.
-The concert is sold out
