Led by longtime Buffalo singer songwriter Dee Adams, Dee’s Grand Isle Opry was born from a love for classic country songs, and a newfound respect for their more modern interpretations. Drawing from a deep well of country music in America, Canada and beyond, the band sets out to pay homage to nearly a century of favorites, from founding member DeFord Bailey right on up through our own roaring 20s with Ashley McBryde. The band features Dee on vocals and guitar, Helen Butler-Ceppaglia on fiddle, Paul Ceppaglia on guitars, Charlie Gannon on bass, Theodore Chubbuck Jr on drums, and vocalists Michele Ruffino and Maria Sebastian alongside Dee for some of the warmest, fullest three-part harmonies you could hope to hear. All the singers take turns at the helm, and the result is a few hours of hand clappin’, toe tappin’, two steppin’ country fun!
