Larkin Square is pleased to announce the inaugural Summer Sale, a celebration of local artists and an opportunity for one last Larkinville party before summer comes to an end and back-to-school season begins. (Lovers of Food Truck Tuesdays do not despair! Food Truck Tuesdays continue through October 4th, 2016.)
The Summer Sale’s main attraction is a vendor market of over 20 local artists, peddling the last of their inventory before the Holiday season ramps up. The market consists of many Larkinville favorite vendors including: Custom T-shirts by RetroBuffalo, Home Décor by Kitch Studios, and beauty products by Zandra. We are also excited to welcome a handful of new vendors, never before seen in Larkin Square, including: Remedy Coffee House Pop-Up Espresso Bar, quirky stationery by Witty Gritty Paper Co., and melt in your mouth baked goods from Beautiful Cookies.
Finalist on ‘The Voice’ and Larkinville resident, Keith James will set the tone with creative covers and the outdoor Grill will be open serving made-to-order burgers, wraps, and salads as well as a full beer and wine menu. The night will coincide with a free, all-inclusive Cornhole Tournament, starting at 5:30pm in Larkin Square. All attendees are encouraged to participate or simply stand by and watch.
Be one of the first 50 individuals to check in and receive a Larkin tote bag filled with free vendor giveaways and goodies!
“Summer always seems to slip away from us so quickly,” said Larkin Square Director of Events, Samantha Epps. “We wanted to give folks another opportunity to enjoy the summer vibe of Larkin Square before school and other activities ramp back up. Its also a fun way to support our local maker community and pick up something unique.”
