Your wishes have been granted: starting this Saturday, BreadHive will be taking over the Hydraulic Hearth kitchen, offering tasty, gourmet bagels and spreads. The bagels will be freshly baked in the Hearth’s wood burning stove and garnished with an assortment of the most delicious sounding spreads imaginable, some of which include: the Old Man Brooklyn (cream cheese, lox, capers, tomato, red onion, cucumber, dill) and the Turkish Delight (chevre, prosciutto, fig, mint).
The Hearth will also be offering a special drink menu that includes all the classics (The mimosa, Bellini, Bloody Mary) AND unique creations (The Beermosa)!
Excited about this? It’ll be happening every Saturday starting November 29th from 11am-3pm at the Hydraulic Hearth (716 Swan St, Buffalo).
