Larkin Development Group

Larkin Development Group first began the work of restoring and developing the historic Larkin District neighborhood, now referred to as “Larkinville,” in the summer of 2002. The company, led by Howard Zemsky, acquired the Larkin at Exchange building (formerly the Larkin Terminal Warehouse) at 726 Exchange Street, and developed the building into Class A office space with numerous amenities for those who work in the building and the surrounding area.

Today, the Larkin at Exchange building is home to numerous public and private companies, including the Northeast headquarters for KeyBank. Upon completing the restoration of the Larkin at Exchange Building, the Larkin Development Group has continued to renovate and develop land and property in the surrounding neighborhood. More than 2,000 people work in Larkinville within the buildings re-developed by Larkin Development Group.

With the completion of Millrace Commons mixed use building at 799 Seneca Street, retail opportunities are now available along Seneca Street.
