Meet and Greet 3 Giants of the Food World at Meet & Eat Charcuterie

The Larkin Square Author Series presents three giants of the food world for a Meet and Greet at Meet & Eat Charcuterie, 799 Seneca Street, a block east of Larkin Square. On Wednesday, July 10th from 5:30 PM – 7 PM, meet Michael Ruhlman, James Beard Award winning writer of multiple cookbooks along with his new novel, If you Can’t beat the Heat. Joining Michael will be Molly Stevens, also a James Beard award winning cookbook author. Her most recent book is All About Dinner.  Rounding out the trio of food greats will be Ari Weinzweig, co-founder of Zingerman’s and author of numerous books, including his most recent book, A Revolution of Diginity.

Talking Leaves will be selling copies of all three writer’s books at the event.  There will be a short panel introduction and conversation at 5:45 PM. This open house format allows for an informal way to meet the authors, purchase and have books signed, while enjoying Meet & Eat Charcurterie’s offerings of wines by the glass and charcuterie boards.

Just down the street in Larkin Square will be KeyBank Live at Larkin featuring Songbirds: A Tribute to Fleetwood Mac, from 5 PM to 8 PM, followed by more live music after in the Hydraulic Hearth Beer Garden. Make an evening of it in Larkin Square!

The following night, Thursday, July 11th at 5:30 PM in Larkin Square Michael Ruhlman will be speaking in conversation with his wife, writer Ann Hood about her new novel, The Stolen Child and his novel, If You Can’t Beat the Heat. Books will also be available for purchase at their talk courtesy of Talking Leaves.
